Amber brown body with a huge beige head and plenty of lacing. Taste flavors of obviously chicory, join by darker belgian yeast, forest floor, soil, orange, toast and mulled berries. Smell in simpler but still plenty potent with chicory, the beautifully expressive yeast, orange maybe even lemon peel with jammier berries and woodsy tones. Feel is certainly wild but not sour really at all, earthy and chicory textures smoothly keep it all in check, medium-light bodied
