Including several types of malt including chocolate, pale, and Vienna Malt, this authentic Irish red ale is as much a ode to Irish brew technique as the toast it is named after. The ale is a little sweet, but hearty, and at 4.7% ABV is the perfect accompaniment to the classic Irish toast "May you be in heaven half an hour, before the devil knows you're dead." Sláinte!

Tasted on tap at Brewery. Amber colored with a white lace on the pour. Light bodied with a taste of caramel. No obvious hop aroma but that would be true to style.
