On tap, 10 ounce pour.
Washed out pale yellow color, cloudy. 1F bright white cap, modest spray of lacing.
Barely there citrus over fresh white bread.
More white bread with a tart citrus spread.
Light body, well carbonated. Some hop bitterness with a tart dry finish.
Okay at best. Not worth another try.

Pours a hazy orange color. Tons of oranges and citrus hops, light resin and pine. Medium body mod carb. Easy to drink and very flavorful; a really good IPA.

C.A.T. Stands for Citric Acid Trip, and it delivers the citrus (to both palate and nose) wrapped in a bow. The Brux yeast adds a nice tartness to the finish, too. Overall, a nice refreshing unfiltered 5.6% ABV Pale Ale that comes damned close to some NEIPAS in the refreshing department... and that low ABV makes it easy to “refresh often.”
