Great elements of roast, some pleasant sweetness as well. A great interpretation of the style.

Pours black with a smallish mocha colored head.Smell is pleasant with chocolate,toffee,hops,toasted grains. Taste is chocolate, toffee,some hops. Feels light bodied,finishes juicy. Overall a very delicious dark lager. A decent example of Schwarzbier. I was getting concerned,(not really) but the last two beers from Icarus were not good.
