This was the eighth iteration of All Together that I was able to obtain as it was via a trade. I've heard good things about this brewery and this was on par with what I expected from them and where the other versions of this were in my book. No, this wasn't award-winning but it was nice, enjoyable, and easy to drink - which wasn't a bad thing during these tough times!
The pour to this was decent as it was a bright brass with a decent head topping it off and no sediment to be found anywhere. Only a thin ring of lacing about 1/3 of the way down my pint glass was all that remained as this didn't leave much of anything behind. Lots of house yeast in the nose as this had hints of urine and dough in the nose as the danker Citra and Mosaic as well as the exotic, floral Citra notes emerged in the taste as this warmed up. Dry and pretty sticky, This was not a juice bomb as it felt a bit different than the typical All Together beer, but that didn't mean that this was bad! Turbid stone fruit like nectarine and papaya emerged near the back of this as the mouthfeel and aftertaste were moderately slick and left me needing a shot of water to get it down.
The amount of booze was at 6.3%, which was less than any of the others that I had so far as I only felt a slight buzz and warm-up during my time with this. Caned on 4/14 with "PROCEEDS TOWARDS BFECS.ORG" written underneath that, this held up well over the last month and a half and left a slight metallic tinge on my palate as the Cascade was a bit more pronounced with this one. Not a bad beer as it had me wanting to crack the other two Icarus beers that I bought when I made my first trip down there last week!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
