A: pours a hazy, golden body with thick, white head with excellent retention and lacing. Can float a cap on it.
S: funky, sour notes with hints of cranberry and subtle malt notes.
T: earthy, funky, sour taste with an earthy aftertaste; nutty notes with hints up apple.
M: medium bodied and fairly crisp
O: puckering sourness makes the drink ability tough, but beer is relatively balanced. This is definitely a sour, but the additional flavors makes it easier on the palette.
