Heavily Wheated, Spelted and Oated North East Imperial India Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with our freinds from Spyglass Brewing. Mash Hopped with Citra and Azacca in the Whirlpool. Copiously Dry Hopped with Lupulin Citra, Lupulin Azacca and New Zealand Rakau.

A: pours a hazy, straw yellow body with a small white head with nice retention and lacing.
S: smells like dank, piney sourdough
T: sweet, milkshake lactose tasting with a citrus finish and piney notes; sweet alcohol notes.
M: medium bodied and very smooth.
O: nice feel and taste combo. Solid beer.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops undertones with some juicy hops undertones. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hops notes with some juicy floral undertones and residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable citra focused NEIPA.

Better than the average beer.A bit sugary sweet malt background but it did help drinkability. Usually they are more hop forward. Decent for the style. Can from the source.
