can to snifter.
There is nothing outwardly special about this beer; it is very simple and mellow; but it is a wonderful example of excellence through simplicity. A beautiful foamy light beige head that sticks around over the chestnut brown medium body; super smooth with a pillowy mouthfeel, great depth of flavor without punching you in the face with a DDH or a BBA.
Kudos to Icarus.
