Yellow hazy pour with a heady orange-pineapple nose. There's a lot to the collaboration IPA from New Jersey's Icarus and New Hampshire's Spyglass. Three hop varieties in the kettle, with four in the dry-hop phase. There is complexity in the first few sips with citrus bite mingling with a sweeter pineapple flavor. Soon though, the beer presents pineapple first and foremost, becoming a bit one-note. Still, it's a refreshing, lively choice for NEIPA fans.
