Clear golden body with a huge cream colored head, moderate lacing. Aromas of banana, fruit esters, especially lemon, pear and apple, golden malts and floral yeast. At first I thought this was a light to the nations, everything from the nose with some stems to go with flowers, subtle earthy spice, and a whisper of grass, but the more I had it, the more monotone it became with an emphasis on the yeast. So the score is a composite of the experience, still plenty good. Feel has a higher carb, slightly pale and springy, breadiness is subdued, bright overall. A good beer, but man I feel like a great BPA is wanting to emerge here

Pours a clear yellow with a nice pile of white foam in the Scottish thistle glass. Lush carbonation and a tangy edge. Quite aromatic with the usual fruity and spicy notes like a Tripel. Tastes of alcohol and dried pears. Even a little hot.
Just slightly sweet with a big dose of malt but dries out in the finish. Clean and flavorful, with a huge dose of the Belgian yeasty character. Overall it is pretty intense but the prickles of carbonation give it a lift. From the 16 oz can shipped by City Beer Store. Dated 10/08/20 on the bottom. The most beautiful art on the label, like rows of the little houses KLM Airways used to give away with liqueur in them only in color instead of blue and white.
