L: Two finger head, fantastic lacing, medium brown body.
S: Nutty, roasty, toffee, cola, faint spice.
T: Toffee, caramel, a sweetness that leans towards dark fruit, some roasty notes, a dose of hops that sort of lays behind the malt character.
F: High carbonation.
O: A pretty beer, though a touch over carbonated for me. Generally I think I prefer nutty, toasty malt flavors to dark fruits in this style, but I digress.

Wow, it’s like dessert. Beautiful dark color. Rich aroma. Excellent body, no astringency. Flavor is sweet, nutty, caramel, grainy, brown. A hint of bitter at the end but in perfect harmony and not mad about it at all.
