White, greenish yellow color. Some head. Smell reveals some of the spices and citrus. Taste definitely has a nice hit of the coriander. I appreciate the Belgian style witbier. Texture is a little bitier than most wheat beers.

16-ounce can purchased at ABV Public House in Hillsboro, OR. Sampled in an English-style tulip half-pint. Date stamp reads "SUMMER FUN :) 07/09/21".

Look:
Pale straw yellow and cloudy, capped with a bright white head of rather loose foam that vanishes quickly and doesn't leave much lacing.

Smell:
Pretty standard witbier profile. Nice bready malt with ripe banana and clove phenols from the witbier yeast and spicy notes from the coriander. There's also a bit of orange peel. I don't get any of the lime peel promised by the label, which is unfortunate.

Taste:
Starts off with nice bready and grainy malts that lead into banana and light orange flavors wrapped in a perfumed cloud of spices. Notes of wheat bread, banana, coriander, orange peel, and a little pepper. The flavors go slightly watery at the finish, but a flash of lime rekindles interest ahead of the satisfying bready aftertaste. Sweetness is mild to moderate, and never gets in the way of the malt and spices.

Feel:
Medium-light body with a nice rounded texture. Carbonation is lively and the bubbles are small, for a cleansing, refreshing mouthfeel.

Overall:
Little Beast Wood Chopper is a solid witbier that ticks all the style points and keeps the sweetness in check. I'd prefer it if the spices were dialed back a notch and the citrus brought a step forward, but these quibbles do not take away from the fact that this is a tasty and refreshing example of a witbier.
