Pours dark yellow, slightly hazy with good carbonation and a rapidly expanding head of foam. Aroma is very reminiscent of a good wheat ale; this is bright, with a slight acidity, some lemon zest and citrus. Taste is light, with cinnamon and citrus. There is a strong rice profile here, tempered by the acidity, citrus and cinnamon.

L: Slightly hazy amber with an off white head that has good retention
S: Cinnamon, sweet yeast
T: Tastes like carbonated water with cinnamon added
F: Watery. Honestly, the mouthfeel is probably fine, I just can’t get past the taste.
O: Not for me. Some might like it.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy orange amber in color. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that has very good retention properties and hardly died down.
S: Sweet aromas of donut glaze are present in the nose along with hints of cinnamon.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the cinnamon flavors are a bit stronger - but they do not contribute any spiciness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This ale could make for a nice dessert selection and mostly tastes like a liquid version of donut glaze.
Serving type: can
