Very dark brown color. Aroma is very brown, caramel, nutty, toffee, slightly fruity. Flavor is toasty, grainy, smoky, sweet, no bitterness, no off flavors other than a very slight medicinal in the aftertaste (which is expected for this style of beer). Very drinkable. Good mouthfeel, slight astringency. Would purchase again.
