Look: Dark yellow to light orange with a frothy white head that builds quickly and slowly settles to a pillow, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Limes, sweet rose, lemons, light pine, floral notes, fir needles, and freshly baked bread
Taste: Starts out with a nice bold hit of lemon and lime and quickly followed by a floral bouquet that brings a lot of depth with it. Sweet rose stands out in the floral hit and continues as lemon-lime returns for the close
Mouthfeel: Full but light, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean on the finish with some light slickness
Overall: I dig it. This is a tasty IPA and it also does well showcasing the wet Centennial hops in it too. Nothing mind-blowing here and I find Centennials to be hit and miss as fresh hop beers go but tasty enough and glad I got the chance to try it

Fresh Hop version - Centennial, Mosaic, and Chinook. Pour is clear and clean, very nice. Lots of carbonation and a frothy head. Nose is rather light for a fresh hop beer. Taste is fine, refreshing with a hop flavor and modest bitterness. We pick up the malt base and a medium dry finish. The beer veers into Pale Ale territory, which id not what one would expect from a fresh hop ale.
