Fresh from hop selection at @perraultfarms in Yakima, WA, the crew from @esbcbrews swung by our brewery with bags of just-harvested 2025 Simcoe. We fired up the tanks and teamed up to brew Apricaught!
A bright, sunshine-soaked apricot sour lightly dry-hopped for lift, bursting with layers of ripe stone fruit, tangerine zest, and grapefruit peel, all balanced by a soft, refreshing tartness.
This small batch, draft only ale, will be pouring around town here in Portland, OR, right now, and in El Segundo, CA, very soon.
Style: Dry-Hopped Fruited Sour Ale, 5.8%
