Poured from 16oz can into my BeerAdvocate teku. Canned 2/9/26.
Appearance: medium yellow-gold hue with a light haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop. I think it’s not enough haze for something explicitly advertised as a hazy IPA.
Smell: lightly sweet with a tropical aroma, maybe some passionfruit in there, but also with a lot of weed-ey dankness. I personally like this aroma in an IPA, but it may not be for everyone.
Taste: moderately sweet for the style with a bit of hop burn. Flavors are a bit earthier and danker even than the aroma; kind of a nondescript tropical flavor with more of that weed-like flavor.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I’d like it to be hazier, just because that’s what it says on the tin, but I do like this beer. I think the flavor might be polarizing, though.
