Pours an effervescent hazel/chestnut with a pinky of tan head. Viscious, minimal head retention & lacing
S: A little green banana taffy , faint toffee notes, fusel alcohol
T: Folllows the nose, a little green appleskin, dryness, a little cherry stone & some booze up front. Green appleskin, woody hops, & green banana peel once warm. Finishes with plenty of green banana peel, slight oaky tanins with green apple as well
MF: Firm carbonation, medium body,
Drinks like a young Quad, not bad, not good either

Not a bad quad at all. Beer pours a strong tea color. The smell is dates and raisins. The flavor is the same as the smell with some caramel. A nice smooth beer overall it makes Oklahoma proud!

Pours dark brown with ruby hues and a bubbly froth. Smells of burnt sugar, plum, persimmon, and cherry. Taste is complex and rich with chocolate, cherry, plum, sugar and spice. A molasses sweetness lingers on the lips. Quite balanced and medium in body. Sweet and hot all the way through. Can be bit syrupy at times. Has some faint phenols in the finish.
Excellent brew form these up and comers!
