On tap into a shaker glass. Pours a pale straw color with a minimal head and sufficient carbonation. Subtle nose of vanilla, cherry, and graham cracker. Taste is a mildly tart cherry, vanilla, and barely noticeable note of graham cracker. Light body and medium-light carbonation.
It's an interest entry into the sours from a young brewery. The name is appropriate and delivers in the taste. The graham cracker is delicate but there and compliments the cherry. It's very mildly tart and carries a lot of sweetness with the vanilla and cracker. Too light, even for a sour, but a good first sour from Twisted Spike.
