This American IPA is hopped exclusively with a large amount of Simcoe hops, creating a great resinous flavor and aroma, with a touch of citrus. Munich and light caramel malts add sweetness and extra malt character to the North Dakota grown Okefenokee Pale malt base from Two Track Malting in Bismarck.

Pours a fairly clear amber color. 2 finger white and frothy head. Head retention is decent. Pleanty of beautiful lacing on the glass. It's like a wall of lacing as the head dissipates.
The nose has a lot of the simcoe hop in it. I really have a hard time describing it. It's kinda piney, but, it isn't. I'm just not the best at describing it. It is pleasing.
Taste - There's plenty of the simcoe hop in this beer. There's also a bit of sweetness to it. These flavors work, and mesh well together.
The body is a bit sticky, which is good.
This is a damn tasty IPA. They have done a damn good job with this beer, and I'd gladly buy more.
