The recipe for this beer was based on a traditional bock beer with the addition of holiday spices. This Winter Lager was brewed in the traditional 3 step mash process and has been aged since June to let the caramels and spices meld together to produce flavors sure to warm the tummy and bring back Christmas memories. Have a few and you might make some new memories.
