Pours dark brown. Minimal head, since there's no added carbonation. Less than 1 finger, and not long lasting.
The nose has a hint of the chocolate cherries on it. Nothing strong, but there.
Taste - is very interesting. I don't have a lot of experience with English style beers. I think the being served warm imparts an interesting flavor. The chocolate covered cherries are the dominant flavor, and the coffee seems to be in the background.
The feel is Interesting, again, not used to warmer serving temp, but it makes it feel like it has a decent body. The tartness does linger a bit.
Damn interesting beer, and a great way to expose me to a style I am not used to.
