Poured on draft black with one finger of tan foam gurgling with large bubbles. Dissipates quickly to leave a ring around the glass and a scattering if large bubbles under the surface.

Aroma is fake salty peanut butter, similar to a peanut butter cup but saltier and toastier. Quite strong and pleasant, but both the fake carbonated bubbles and the fake cloying peanut butter leaves one dubious heading into the taste test.

Taste follows the nose, but not as pleasant. Base is a mediocre watery porter. Peanut butter permeates and dominates, ultimately ending in a synthetic metallic flavor.

Overall it is potable, and sort of enjoyable if one does not over analyze. I’d say it’s ok.
