Our summer IPA takes a tropical detour with pineapple juice and a juicy hop combo of El Dorado and Elani. Bursting with bright citrus, pineapple, and subtle stone fruit. It's crisp, vibrant and built to keep pace with sunny days. Same hop kick, now in island mode.

Had Pineapple Track Jumper IPA poured from 12-oz. can, bottom stamped "CANNED ON 06 18 2025," into tulip pint.
Pours (pineapple juice) cloudy, pale gold with 1-finger near-white head, with excellent retention, leaving thick rings of lace down the glass. Aromas of pineapple and pear off pour, with fresh citrus aroma too, but all fading, with a hint of tart tropical fruit aroma as warms. On tasting, begins lots of sweet orange and pear, with a crisp mouthfeel over a hint of malt, then long, mild but fresh pineapple, without any detracting fruit juice texture, before a big, piney, resinous, West Coast bitter finish.
Another nice variant on FDR's Track Jumper, with practiced, understated additions of fruit juice and tropical "E" hops from the northwest complementing the OG West Coast hop bill.
