Sampled at the 2nd Invitational CT Belgian Beer Festival. This beer was brewed especially for this event jointly between Willibrew and Zok's Homebrewing.

Dark honey colored with a low bubbly off-white head that flattens out quickly. Low, sweet aroma of subtle hops, biscuity malt, and cotton candy. Mouthfeel like nothing I've experienced before - full and chewy and heavy, but smooth and silky at the same time. Every sip feels like a mouthful. Moderate to low carbonation. Flavor is huge and rich and hits hard right upfront and follows through the entire mouth. Sweet candy and pears, not cloying, not yeasty. Well-balanced with floral hop bitters and succulent malts all the way through. The ABV is not even tasted. One of the best beers of the festival.
