An Amber ale brewed with Camamel, Biscuit and flaked oats, then hopped with Northern Brewer and Hallertau.

opted for the tap, but also available at the brewpub on cask
brewed with challenger & mt. hood hops
clear chestnut brown, pool of bubbles on top and sporadic bubbling. smell is woody and nutty with crisp lagery malt and almost no sign of a hop presence. clean. light dusting of brown sugar and caramel is detectable. good bitter mouthfeel despite the MIA hoppiness. not as sweet as i tend to like my 'amber ales', but a well crafted brew regardless. this is best described as the perfect summer session beer for malt lovers. i will leave this one in the tanks and continue on with further willi exploration.
