On tap at the brewpub on 10/12/08.
Pours a clear amber with a thin, brite-white head that retains decently, leaving a smallish latticework of foam behind. The aroma is sweet and sticky caramel notes with a pretty noticable citric tang to it and light grassy hops in the back.
The taste is caramel sweetness with a toasty edge to it. This is supplemented by underlying citrus notes and light, grassy, hop bitterness towards the finish. The mouthfeel is light-medium bodied with a creamy carbonation yet firm and fairly clean feel.
This was relatively light but still well balanced and very drinkable.
