Unfiltered and hopped with Simcoe, Ahtanum and Amarillo.
Dark copper colored, a bit orangey and murky with a low and wispy head. Aroma of bright grapefruit hops. Sweet and luscious hoppy flavors of grapefruit, orange rind and pine, with a sweet malt base running beneath. Hops tend toward bitter citrus and pine, but they're balanced off nicely by the malt. Somewhat thin mouthfeel, but finishes tingly. This is a tremendous beer.
