A: crystal clear; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded quickly to a splotchy cap; nice lacing;
S: nutty;
T: nutty (from the yarrow); woody, a little mint from the hyssop; slight honey sweet undertone throughout; mild bitterness at the end;
M: light to medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: first gruit for me; had to do some research before I felt comfortable writing a review;
