We created this unfiltered Wheat beer by blending Red, Torrified, Flaked and English wheat malts with Sybilla and Lublin hops for a crisp fresh flavor.

On-tap at the brewpub.
A: Opaque muddy orange body with only a thin ring of off-white bubbles. Meh.
S: RIch, deeply malty wheat. Bready, biscuity, and faintly herbal from the hops. Understated but great.
T: Much more assertive here, with huge, spicy wheat character dominating. The spiciness gives way to mild, biscuity sweetness with a hint of vanilla, and there's a clean, dry finish. Delicious.
M: Medium body with a moderate dose of creamy carbonation. Great.
O: Different and hugely enjoyable, this one really impressed me with its depth of flavor. Definitely not your usual, boring APWA.
