Had a pint of this on tap at the Willimantic Brewery in Willimantic, CT. Poured into a standard pint glass. A saison style IPA with a sour, odd aftertaste (not unpleasant though) and a great grapefruit dominated flavor to it. Beautifully cloudy in appearance with a thick white head. Overall, this is one of the best beers i've had at Willimantic so far, and as a saison-style IPA, it challenges categorization. Get it if you can!
