Amber, little to no head, mild citrusy zing, followed by notes of cherry. Beer looks a bit stale, but is surprisingly carbonated to perfection.
Has a resiny, earthy mouthful and is very drinkable.

Got a growler from the brew pub. Served this chilled in a pint glass.
Appearance: Snow Wheat pours out a cloudy golden straw color, obviously unfiltered. A somewhat hard pour results in about an inch of thin, bone white head. Not much in the way of retention. A little bit of webby lace was left behind. Not a bad looking brew.
Smell: Pretty nice nose on this brew. A strong bright hoppiness. The wheat really makes itself known, and matches up well with the hops. Bits of yeast get lost in the background. Very earthy, sweet and fruity.
Taste: Fresh juicy hop flavor. The wheat really stands up to the palisades and cascades. Beautiful balance. Light hints at citrus fruits. Grassy and slightly sweet. Some minor floral notes. Reminds me of Spring.
Mouthfeel: Slick and on the thin side. Perfect in my opinion. Carbonation is lower than I would like.
Overall: Great tasting and very drinkable.
