Had this on tap at the Willimantic Brewery in Willimantic, CT. Poured into a pint glass. What a strange pink rose-colored brew! Very smooth mouthfeel with sweet rose hips as the flavor yet a bit of bitterness present. This beer was not my favorite I've ever had, but it was absolutely interesting, drinkable, and definitely a memory! I would love to try this again sometime!
