Copper color with apparent carbonation, but a thin short-lived head.
Aroma with predominant notes of caramels, chocolate, grains and mint.
Flavor with notes of mint, caramels that are far from cloying, chocolate and slightly toasted malts, and wood. Dry aftertaste with a bitterness that feels sure lower than its 31 IBUs.
Light body with very low carbonation that contributed to a watery sensation.
Nice and very rounded California Common that proved to be faithful to style. Minty notes made it refreshing and highly drinkable.

Pale copper color with great clarity and two finger foamy head, caramel malt aroma with floral notes, earthy, well balanced, refreshing and very easy to drink.
