Pours jet black, 1 finger cream head.
Smell is light roasted malts over a hint of milk chocolate , not picking up on the coffee much.
Taste is sweet and chocolate up front and slight roasted coffee bitterness at the end.
Its a regular stout not imperial but its still a bit thin for my liking .
Overall this is a smooth drinking beer but nothing spectacular as far as the style goes.

Poured into a pint glass. Viscous out of the bottle and nearly black and opaque on the pour. A frothy tan head settled very slowly into a wispy cap. Milk chocolate was the predominant aroma, along with freshly brewed coffee and roasted malt. The chocolate really shined on the palate, but was not overdone or overly sweet. Just the right balance between bitterness and tart. It played well with the coffee and roasted malt. Moderately bitter with little hop presence. The feel was slick and silky. Really nice.
