Copenhagen 2/6-2019. 33 cl bottle from Voldby Købmandsgård (web-shop). Flying Dutchman's usual label style with a very long name made in all kinds of fonts. Small Corn Ears and Hop flowers in the background.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a medium-sized white head. Fairly bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is sharp, thin and fruity. Sweet banana, mango and peach. A little bit perfumed. Strong sourish, citric notes. Nail polish remover. Acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a stronger sour citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Refreshing hybrid of a Wit bier and a IPA with the Wit Bier in a dominant position. Nice dry and bitter bite.

Lovely looking beer. 1 finger foamy head, lots of bubbles. Hoppy orange on the nose, a little sour.
Bitter up front, a little sweetness in the middle and sour bitterness at the end. A little wheat malt sweetness in the middle!
Really interesting brew.

Light orange, white foam, quite scarce.
In the smell peach, fruity notes, yeast, a bit of hop.
Hop more present in the taste, with agood bitterness. White grapes, light tropical fruit, wheat and light acidolous, in the aftertaste too.
Fresh and pleasant.

Look: pale, cloudy yellow, very witbier like. Head disappeared quickly but left decent lacing (poured into a tulip).
Smell: yeast and hops basically, perhaps some spice too.
Taste: no surprises. Starts Wheat and citrus tartness and some yeast notes, finishes with a great kick of hops. Some faint coriander and juniper too. Very nice and well composed. Perhaps a bit too much alcohol.
Feel: somewhat dense, but well carbonated. Nice.
Overall: a discovery! I'll repeat.

I would have loved to give a beer with a name like this a high rating, but alas: light yellow colour with a modest head of foam that's gone in a minute, leaving an uncovered surface. Smell is nice, with light fruits like melon and peach, pine and some malt, but it's weak. Taste is even weaker. I noticed various light fruit flavours, but the entity is just too watery, which ruins the mouth feel as well. Meh.
