Copenhagen 26/3 2022. 33 cl bottle from Beerdealer (web-shop). Very text heavy label as the beer has the longest name. Burgundy , pink and green. Reminds me a bit of a Chris Ware tableau.

Pours opaque hazy amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with more subtle tart and citric scent. Peach, elderberry and rose hips. Citrus and tart gooseberries. Whiff of sour cheese.

Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a lighter tart sourness. Aftertaste is a bit thin. Sourish. Lingers shortly. Soft, semi-dry finish.

Flowery but a bit on the thin side.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.0%. Opaque orange colour, moderate white head. Strong aroma of rosehips, hibiscus flowers, oak and lactic acid. Moderately sour and refreshing flavour, with the same elements as the aroma. Moderate hops.

Pink orange, good white creamy foam.
In the smell rose petals, flowers, something like Cologne water. Strange.
Rose again in the taste, a bit tart, hibiscus flowers, intriguing tartness. Some citric notes (light) and lactic (more).
Again flowers, roses and tartness in the aftertaste.
Pleasant, thirst-quenching, unexpected and interesting.
