Copenhagen 11/10 2022. 33 cl bottle from Beerdealer web-shop. Light green label in the Dutchman’s usual word-rich style with different fonts falling over each other.
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet malty odor mingling with a rather strong spicy scent. Sweet pale malts, ginger in abundance, lemongrass and citrus.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and fizzy texture.
Flavor is moderately intensewith a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong citric sourness. Aftertaste is a tad thin and watery. Sourish. Lingers shortly. Finish is rather dry.
Fizzy and spicy low alcohol beer.
