Atmosphere- Well, Coast Brewing is inside a casino, but the Beau Rivage is one of the nicer ones I've been to having never been to Vegas. As others have pointed out the place does have a nightclub feel, but at least it's upscale. The downsides are that the two bars are too small and that there is a heavier cig smoke factor than I would have liked.
Quality- Had three beers and all were of very good to great quality. The stout and pale ale were especially noteworthy. The bock was pretty good, but seemed a little off for the style.
Service- Service was okay considering the place was crowded. The two too-small bars made it hard to get to the bartender to order a drink. They really need to clear a spot near the registers to speed up ordering a beer.
Selection- 6 regular beers plus a seasonal which happened to be a hefe when I went. The rest include a light, kolsch, amber, bock, pale ale, and a stout. These are enough beers to choose from, but none of them are from very interesting or unexpected styles.
Food- Didn't have anything to eat while I visited. The food did look pretty good as it passed by, but didn't appear to be anything earth shattering. Plus from what I saw of a menu the prices seemed high.
Value- Food seemed expensive, but the beer was very reasonable. Plus I noticed a list of drink specials, however when I went on a Friday no specials were being offered.
Overall- Enjoyed Coast Brewing, I would definently go back if I am ever in the area again. There are downsides here, but considering it is in Mississippi it is a great find.

I was playing at the Beau Rivage this past Friday night, June 19, and saw a sign for this brewpub, so after playing I had to stop in.
Only had time for one beer, so I chose the stout. It was served in a stein type glass, and was a decent enough beer. Cost was $2.75, which I enjoyed. The evening special was pitchers of their Millenium Pale Ale for $5 -- had I had more time (and a beer-drinking partner) I would have tried a pitcher instead.
I was told by the wait staff that all pitchers are $5 on Thursdays.
As previously reported, it does indeed look like more of a nightclub and restaurant than a brewpub, and the staff told me they open from 5pm to 4am, which I thought to be rather peculiar.
On my next visit to Biloxi (if there is one anytime soon) I'll be sure to stop in again to sample more of their beers, and will report my observations here.
