Look: Clear amber with an orangish white head. Two fingers of rocky foam, minimal lacing. Visible slow rising carbonation
Smell: Tropical fruit blast, Pineapple, mango, passionfruit
Taste: Sweet and bitter more emphasis on sweet but the sweetness is not at all cloying or overpowering.
Flavor: Like the aroma, pineapple mango, passionfruit. There is a distinct note of honey on the back end. They have toned down the citrus and brought out the other tropical fruit flavors. Different and delicious. The floral and berry flavor of the Mosaic also comes through the mix.
Feel: Full mouthfeel, soft carbonation finish is pretty clean other than the lingering note of honey.
Overall: I had a rather high expectation, given that it was $6 for a 16 oz can. It didn’t disappoint. If it were cheaper, I would drink it every day but at this price I will only get it infrequently. Regardless of the price, it is a very well-crafted beer.
