The HiHOHOHO Holiday Ale was brewed to be enjoyed over the holidays. The flavor begins with a complex malt bill of Maris Otter, Crystal, Roasted, and Chocolate malts, followed by whole ginger, cinnamon, coriander, orange peel, nutmeg, and clove. Finishing with noble hops and honey, this beer will keep you HiHO-HO-HO-HOing all holiday season.

16 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on it but I'm pretty sure it was a recent 2020 release. Served in a snifter, the beer pours a mostly clear reddish/amber color with about an inch off-white head that stuck around a little while. Decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like ginger, orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Taste is pretty much like the aroma, but there's also some candied orange and bready malt flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and easy to drink with a good amount of carbonation. I thought it was an enjoyable enough brew, wouldn't mind trying this one again in the future.
