Beginning with a malty aroma dominated by Maris Otter Pale Ale, Crystal 40, Dark Chocolate, Biscuit, and Roasted Barley malts. Amber in color, the Winter Warmer was brewed with 60 lbs of Honey. The roasted/biscuit malt and slight dark fruit (raisin/plum) profile gives this beer a full body, finishing with an approaching residual sweetness... think oatmeal raisin cookie!
