Named after the many haunted yard displays in The Falls, Yard Haunt is a heavily spiced pumpkin ale brewed with Madagascar vanilla and lactose - like pumpkin pie!

16 ounce can, no dating that I could find on it but assuming it was a fall 2024 release. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a mostly clear orange/amber color with not quite an inch light tan head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. The brew smells like pumpkin spices, vanilla and some grainy malt. Taste is pretty much like the aroma, with the noticeable pumpkin spices being ginger, nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. None of the spices are too strong in this brew although I do think the ginger stands out more as the beer warms. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was an enjoyable pumpkin ale, worth a try if you get the chance.
