A beer from a Dutch, Rotterdam Brewery produced in the traditional German Weissen style, using 90% of local wheat.
330ml bottle, 5,6% ABV
Poured in a high tulip. 1,5 finger white head, Hazey pale yellow colour.
Fine bubble carbonation.
Wild yeast smell, dough, with a bit of a strange hint of burnt rubber.
Mouth feel, wonderfully creamy.
Taste: hoppy bitternes with some acidty of the yeast.
The burnt rubber smell is not quite there in the taste, but it has a bit of skunky taste to my opinion. I do not recognize the observed fruitiness in the comment below. It misses to my opinion a bit of the fruitiness and sweet balance of other Weissen beers.
But well, small breweries doing craft beer, quality can depend a lot on the cask and even the bottle.
Mouthfeel, carbonation, really lovely. Taste, not quite for me, also considered this beer comes with a top notch price.

Golden color with considerable turbidity. High, white, fine-bubble head with a medium-long reduction time. Minimal decorations.
The aroma is clear, intense, there are cereal and fruit notes, banana, orange, light clove accents. The aroma "goes" in the sweet direction.
The taste is slightly sweetish with a bit of fruit sourness and delicate hop bitterness.
Medium saturation up. The body is quite full. Smooth texture. Long grainy, "weizen" aftertaste.
