Pleasantly surprised on my first visit. Nice location on corner of block that allowed the bar to bisect the main seating area. Decent selection of beers and quality was good. I had the fried Wauntons as an app and they were very, very good.

First off, this is a really nice smaller town. Nice commercial buildings, houses, landscaping, etc. It all lends kind of a gentile feeling to the town.
The Lone Girl is on the south side of the main drag. There seems to be plenty of street parking and we were able to grab a spot right across the street.
As we entered, we were greeted by the smell of the brewery in action. It got me even more in the mood for some beers.
The space is large with some subway tile, exposed brick and lots of repurposed wood and old pallets. It looks nice. The downstairs bar is hook shaped and is surrounded by tables.
We chose to sit at the smaller upstairs bar that is located in their fantastic rooftop deck. This is a really nice space with seating for probably 75 to a 100 people. There is a pergola over a small stage and I guess they have music several times a week.
The food was good but didn’t quite live up to the menu descriptions. We had an interesting take on a caprese salad that would have been better if the tomatoes had been allowed to ripen. The Ruben was solid and the meatballs were very good.
They offered about 12 house beers. We liked everything we had with the standout being the IPA. We also had a decent Rye pale ale, the coconut IPA and the stout which I thought was a good way to finish off my meal.
The crowd was decent and was mix of ages, genders, etc. It is family friendly with young tots sitting at the bar…. This place really seems to attract a lot more women than most brewpubs. Maybe it’s the name, maybe it was just the night or maybe the locals love beer.
Service upstairs from the ladies was friendly and free with samples. The guys working the bar downstairs should take note.
I would have no problem returning for a visit.

Cool vibes upon arrival with a nice aroma fresh brews. Can't go wrong with a rooftop area. Their "Muenster Curbs" are a must have and should be the standard of cheese curds. If you enjoy more of a "meatloaf" styled burger go for it. Overal had a great experience and will be back soon as I sober up.
