One of the best DIPAs I have ever had! It features local ingredients from Peterson Quality Malt in Monkton Vermont and Super Alpha Aroma hops from Homestead Hops Farm in Starksboro Vermont. The beer is hopped and dry-hopped extensively giving it an exceptional taste and feel. Not only is it a great tasting DIPA with 7% ABV it doesn't knock you on your butt like some of the other DIPAs in Vermont. Really cool that all the ingredients come from within miles of the brewery including the water which they tell me is trucked in from the owner's family farm down the road. #reallocalbeer
