Pours a modest one finger head of dense bright white foam, good retention, thin, extended lacing streaks with little stickiness. You can see the floating particulate which brings haziness to the liquid, hay yellow color. Expansive nose of bubblegum, wheat germ, clove and banana, there's a metallic, ferrous underpinning which leads to increased earthiness as it warms. Medium-bodied, feels more firm than heavy per se. Well-carbonated, enough so to assist in keeping any sweetness in balance. That said, the bubblegum and banana subordinate here to the clove and that mineral water edge. Would go so far as to say it tastes "smoky" at times. Touch of lemon citrus to go with orchard fruits. Ends cleanly with an aftertaste of clove. No exactly light on its feet but tasty, on point, and leaves you looking forward to the next sip.
