Notes: Listed at 5.1% ABV and 17 IBUs. Appearance: Cloudy golden body beneath a bright white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma: Grainy, pungent, fruity with apple, and some grassy and lightly citrusy hops. Flavor: follows the aroma. Dry finish with lingering grass and soft herb... seems more bitter than just 17 IBUs. Mouthfeel: Medium leaning medium light in body and gently crisp. Overall: While not exactly what you'd think of as a Kölsch it fits the bill but with an American twist: it's fruitier and more hoppy with some citrus thrown in.
