Stamped on the label: "08/09/19"
Appearance: The beer is a gold-orange color and is mostly opaque, only allowing the beer to lighten slightly when held to a light. The head is short, white, and fizzy. No head retention or lacing.
Aroma: The beer smells like vegetables in general. It smells a bit like a Bloody Mary but without the spice or tomato. There is a strong cucumber scent to the beer. As odd as the beer smells it is actually quite remarkable and clear. There is a bit of parsley scent to the beer. It is a crazy smelling beer but it has a nice quality to it.
Taste: Up front there is this tart and slightly sour bite that puckers the lips with a tart lemon and a bit of sour raspberry flavor. Soon after this there is a cooling sensation and a flavor of cucumbers. Very clean and enjoyable flavors.
Mouthfeel: The beer has a very pronounced and tart opening that is quickly swept away with a cooling sensation. Carbonation feels low.
Overall: This is a pretty awesome beer. The name of the beer is "QUICK PICKLE" but it says that it is a "Gose brewed with Carrots and Cucumbers." It really tastes like cucumbers and not pickles. It's a very refreshing beer to drink and it's the kind of beer you just have to try for yourself. I could see this being an extremely popular alternative to the standard Bloody Mary or Mimosa. I really enjoyed it and I'm very impressed by it. I would highly recommend it even if it sounds like something you wouldn't want to drink. This is one of those rare beers that is greater than the sum of its parts.

nice simplicity on this....no dill, no garlic.....just light sweetness of carrot, particularly on aroma, cool refreshing flavors of cucumber, and nice salty tartness to make a subtle balance.
