Didn't know what to expect, but this was a winner for me. The tart and salty balance nice with subtle sweetness from the sweet potato. Nice citrus aroma with hints in the flavor, and marshmallows give a light creaminess that lends an wonderful mouthfeel. Not an "extreme" beer, but subtle in ways I appreciate. I want more of this....next Thanksgiving!!!

Poured a cloudy, light-yellow body with minimal head and an aroma that is mostly salt with hints of sweet potato (or just sweetness in general). Smooth, light body that comes across mostly salty but not too dry as there is a bit of sweet fluffiness in the background. Not an exceptional beer but it's worth trying.
